Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Previous experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting Knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction Ability to effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students Strong organizational and documentation skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support tailored to students IEP goals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs Collaborate with general education teachers, related services professionals, and families Adapt classroom activities and materials to suit the diverse learning needs of students Maintain accurate and timely records and reporting as required Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
