Strong communication and collaboration skills Pay $48.00-$52.00 per hour $1,800-$1,950 per week Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while ensuring compliance with special education regulations and requirements. Provide individualized instruction, accommodations, and modifications to support student academic and personal growth. Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create effective learning plans and interventions. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and use data to guide instructional decisions.
