Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Rock Star Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern and Fee For Service Dental office. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on maintaining healthy smiles, and support the overall efficiency of our dental practice. Your dedication to patient comfort and clinical excellence will help foster a positive environment for both patients and staff alike. Office Hours are Mon thru Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health. Take digital X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality during all interactions and recordkeeping. Requirements Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations. Minimum of 2 years of experience. Dentrix experience is preferred. Knowledge of infection control procedures, aseptic techniques, and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients of all ages about their oral health needs.
Pay:
$47.00 - $55.00 per hour
