Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to serve preschool-aged students in a key early intervention setting. As a Special Education Teacher working alongside a collaborative Child Find team, you'll make a meaningful impact on children's futures by supporting the early identification and instructional needs of diverse learners ages 3-5. This full-time contract role offers you the opportunity to influence the trajectory of up to 40 students as the caseload grows, with mornings and afternoons dedicated to dynamic, small-group instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to preschool students during both morning and afternoon sessions. Work collaboratively with the Child Find team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for newly identified students. Maintain accurate, compliant, and effective IEPs tailored to the unique needs of each child. Participate in student assessments, progress monitoring, and consistent data collection. Attend and contribute meaningfully to IEP meetings, team planning, and regular staff meetings. Engage in Wednesday professional development and planning—no student contact required on these days. Sustain clear and ongoing communication with families and support service providers.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field. Current Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification.
