School-Based•Vacancy Coverage Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to support a Structured Classroom (STC) serving students in grades K-2. This is a full-time school-based position covering a vacancy for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working in structured classroom settings and supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals Implement individualized learning plans for students in grades K-2 Manage classroom structure and behavior supports within an STC setting Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements Track student progress and maintain required documentation Requirements Valid Arizona Special Education teaching license (required) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Experience in structured classroom or self-contained settings preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based school environment Compensation & Schedule $36•40 per hour Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week School-year assignment (2026-2027)
