2026-2027 Job Overview Sunbelt Staffing is seeking qualified and passionate Special Education Teachers for full-time opportunities in Tempe, Arizona for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of student populations and educational settings while making a meaningful impact on student achievement and growth. Position Details Full-time schedule 2026-2027 school year assignment Opportunities available across 6 school sites Multiple program settings available Specific placement will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and school needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Qualifications Active Arizona Special Education Teaching License required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong classroom management and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with students across varying levels of academic and behavioral needs
