Ro Health is looking for a passionate Behavioral Class Aide to support the Fruitvale School District to provide a mix of classroom support and 1:1 support for the 2026-2027 School Year! The hours for this assignment are M-F between the school hours of 8 am -3 pm. Experience working with special needs and in ABA is required and classroom experience is preferred. Extensive Support Needs (ESN) classes across the district serving our most impacted students, with needs varying from communication support to behavioral intervention.

Classroom Ratios & Age Levels:

Each classroom has approximately 8 students and is staffed with 3 aides. These classrooms span TK through 8th grade. We do not have a specific priority on grade levels—coverage across TK-8th is equally valued.

Candidate Profile & Experience:

Candidates do not necessarily need prior ESN experience. Our primary criteria are that individuals are willing, able, kind, not easily intimidated or scared, and capable of taking direct instruction from the classroom teacher.
