Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching credential Previous experience teaching in a special education setting Proficiency in developing and adapting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, staff, and students Ability to manage classrooms with empathy, structure, and flexibility A passion for supporting diverse learning needs Previous experience covering leave positions is a plus

Responsibilities:
