Your expertise will help shape the foundational skills of our students, preparing them for future academic success and personal fulfillment. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori curriculum standards, emphasizing hands-on learning and child-centered activities Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes independence, respect, and positive behavior management strategies Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs in areas such as literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills Maintain a well-organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and supports classroom management best practices Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support children's emotional well-being, behavior management, and overall development Incorporate early intervention techniques and special education strategies to support children with diverse learning needs Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards related to childhood development, daycare practices, and child welfare Requirements Valid Montessori teaching certification or equivalent early childhood education credentials with a focus on Montessori methods Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or toddler care settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management skills Experience with curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring strategies to support student achievement Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes child welfare standards Prior experience in private school or daycare settings is preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms young lives through innovative teaching methods rooted in Montessori philosophy.
