There are two roles available:
A full-time Mild/Moderate Resource Teacher supporting two elementary schools (40 hours per week), starting October 5 and continuing through the end of the academic year. A part-time Mild/Moderate Resource Teacher position, one day per week (8 hours), at a single elementary school, available to start immediately and lasting until year's end.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid state certification for Special Education Teacher Experience with mild/moderate student populations preferred Strong skills in lesson design, IEP implementation, and inclusive classroom practices Energetic, adaptable, and collaborative approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and resource support to elementary students with mild/moderate needs Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, specialists, and families Develop and monitor IEP goals, document progress, and participate in meetings Foster a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
