Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher credential with extensive support needs authorization (required) Experience in elementary special education settings, particularly Autism support (strongly preferred) Passion for working with diverse learning abilities and adaptable to dynamic class sizes (currently 11 students) Excellent collaborative, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver differentiated instruction for students with autism and extensive support requirements Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment Work closely with families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams Adapt strategies and supports as enrollment fluctuates
