Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Take your skills and passion for shaping young lives into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students with mild to moderate special needs. This onsite opportunity spans the entire 2026-2027 academic year, providing you with a chance to make a meaningful difference every day. Your expertise as a Special Education Teacher will be valued in a full-time capacity (37.5 hours weekly), collaborating closely with staff, students, and families. You'll focus on individualized support, utilizing creative instructional strategies to foster both academic and social growth for each learner within your caseload.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Special Education teaching credential Experience working with mild to moderate elementary caseloads Strong foundation in IEP development and implementation Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs Proactive, collaborative mindset and team orientation
Key Responsibilities:
