Who We're Looking For (Same Role, Two Versions) We're seeking compassionate, grounded individuals with a personal meditation or mindfulness practice who feel called to share these tools with children. Ideal candidates are comfortable leading groups, speaking with warmth and clarity, and creating a safe, supportive environment for young learners. Support Teacher Role This role is a wonderful fit for someone who is retired or semi‑retired and wants to stay connected to meaningful work with students without the demands of full-time teaching. It's also ideal for someone who believes in mindfulness and the heart of what we do at WBP, but who may not want to complete the full facilitator training or lead sessions themselves. In this position, you'd play a supportive, grounding presence in the classroom — helping with classroom management, offering an extra set of hands, and ensuring our facilitators can deliver the most impactful experience possible. It's a chance to contribute to the emotional well‑being of students in a way that's purposeful, flexible, and deeply appreciated. Part-time Starting at $30/hour
