Setting:

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) About the Position This role will support Transitional Kindergarten students with moderate to severe needs . Students participate in an inclusive setting during the morning and receive specialized services in the afternoon. The current caseload is approximately 8 students , with potential for additional enrollments throughout the school year. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to meet student needs Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families Support students' social-emotional development and behavioral goals Utilize assistive technology and adaptive strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Qualifications Valid California Special Education Credential (Moderate/Severe) California Early Learning Credential required Experience working with TK and/or early childhood special education students preferred Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills Master's Degree in Special Education preferred Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Coverage 401(k) with Employer Match Tax-Free Housing and Meal Stipends for Qualified Travelers Join a supportive school team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners with special needs!
