  • depending on experience Central Coast Processing is a licensed cannabis processing and wholesale distribution facility.
We're hiring a Sales Coordinator / Compliance Manager to keep our invoicing and our METRC records in lockstep.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Generate invoices and estimates for transactions and track them to payment.
  • Receive payment and reconcile against invoices.
  • Record and reconcile inbound flower intake in METRC — manifests, package verification, weights.
  • Reconcile METRC data against physical inventory and invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Verify counterparty license status before transactions proceed.
  • Maintain manifests and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate intake scheduling with cultivation and distribution partners.
  • Support accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Escalate compliance risks to the Chief Compliance Officer.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2+ years in cannabis operations, distribution, or a comparable regulated inventory environment.
  • METRC experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of DCC regulations.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with invoicing software.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • 21 or older, and able to pass a background check per state licensing requirements.

Pay:
$72,000.00
