Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a difference in students' lives as a dedicated paraprofessional for the upcoming school year! This contract opportunity offers several positions, each tailored to your unique experience and interests. Support students in a vibrant educational environment, working approximately 29.75-30 hours per week throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree required Previous experience in a school setting, or hands-on exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and students Adaptability and patience in dynamic classroom environments Passion for encouraging, guiding, and supporting students' success

What You'll Do:

Partner with classroom teachers to deliver instructional support to students Implement individualized learning or behavior plans, reinforcing positive habits and aiding academic progress Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with varying needs Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom atmosphere Support students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities Document observations and help monitor students' progress, communicating essential updates to the education team
