Hiring for Special Education Teacher

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Special Education Teachers in the Orange County this school year to provide quality services to special education students through a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs including special instruction and tutorial assistance.

What We Offer:

Monday

• Friday (between the hours of 7am-4pm) Weekly Pay! Medical, dental, vision benefits available Mild/Mod Credential Pay Rate
• $45-50/hr Mod/Severe Credential Pay Rate
• $50-55/hr

Requirements:

Mild-Mod credential OR Mod-Severe credential (required) Active CA Teaching License (required)

Responsibilities:

Prepares student education plans in consultation with parents and IEP team members. Designs instruction, both individual and small group, which parallels the general education curriculum. Serves as the coordinator of IEP implementation with general education staff. Monitors student progress, participates in review and revision of student's IEP, as appropriate. Other Special Education Teacher related duties as assigned.
