At Ally Respite Care, we're growing our team and we'd love to meet you. We provide one-on-one support for children, teens, and young adults with special needs in their homes and communities — building real relationships and doing work that genuinely matters. No prior experience required. We provide paid training, ongoing support from day one, and a $50 welcome bonus after your first 30 days.

• WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide one-on-one care (no clinical or nursing duties) in home and community settings
• Support clients in activities they enjoy
• Help with social, cognitive, and behavioral development
• Create a safe, calm, and engaging environment
• Build meaningful connections with clients and their families
