Qualifications & Experience:

Valid California credential in Moderate/Severe Disabilities or Extensive Support Needs Proven experience (or strong interest) teaching students with significant disabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues Ability to create differentiated, meaningful instruction tailored to individual student needs Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring preferred
