Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Previous experience working with children or students in an educational setting preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate, encouraging approach Ability to assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and individualized support plans Flexibility and adaptability to work with various age groups (K-12) Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with teachers and staff

Key Responsibilities:
