This full-time contract opportunity calls for two compassionate and skilled paraprofessionals to work closely with Level 3 Autism students. Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Comfort and confidence working with students with Level 3 Autism or similarly intense needs Patience, empathy, and adaptability in highly dynamic situations Ability to collaborate effectively with special education teachers and related staff Strong communication skills for engaging with students, educators, and families Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a safe, nurturing learning environment

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support for students on a very intense caseload Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies Support students in classroom routines, transitions, and adaptive skill-building Encourage social development and inclusion in class and school-wide activities Assist with personal care and mobility as needed Document student behavior and progress, reporting updates to the instructional team Help maintain a safe, structured classroom environment This is a Monday through Friday role, 37.5 hours weekly, giving you the consistency to build relationships and make a lasting difference.
