9681746-95356 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity making a meaningful difference in the lives of students as an Education Specialist supporting ESN (Extensive Support Needs) programs. This full-time, onsite position provides crucial services to students with a range of disabilities including autism, intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, OHI (Other Health Impairment), orthopedic impairment, emotional disturbance, traumatic brain injury, and deafblindness. Working within a collaborative school environment, you will design and deliver individualized instruction tailored to each students unique needs. Qualifications & Experience:

Current California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (R3EN or Moderate/Severe) Experience or strong interest in special education; particularly supporting students with extensive needs Background in designing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional materials for a variety of learning styles and needs Skilled in providing academic, behavioral, communication, and functional/life skills support Effective communicator comfortable collaborating with parents, general education staff, aides, therapists, nurses, and administrators

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction and interventions for ESN students Implement and regularly monitor student IEPs Adjust curriculum and materials to support individualized learning goals Teach and reinforce adaptive behaviors and daily living skills Provide ongoing academic, behavioral, and functional support Track and document student progress in coordination with the multidisciplinary team Partner closely with families and colleagues to foster whole-child support Meet the unique needs of students with significant medical, behavioral, sensory, or communication challenges If you are passionate about supporting students with diverse needs and ready to make an immediate impact, we encourage you to apply today and help shape their educational journey.
