This full-time contract role runs from now through June 4, 2027, and is based in the Morgan Hill, CA area. You'll work with an RSP caseload, collaborating with other educators and support staff to foster student growth and achievement.

Key Qualifications:

Current and active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential is required Must provide a screenshot of your CTC (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing) documentation when applying Experience developing and implementing IEPs for high school students Solid skills in adapting curriculum and modifying instruction based on student goals Strong communication and organization abilities Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive environment

Primary Duties:

Deliver specialized instruction and interventions based on each student's IEP Develop, review, and update IEPs in collaboration with parents and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely records, progress reports, and documentation Consult and collaborate with general education teachers and school support staff Engage with families to ensure ongoing communication and effective support Promote student independence and self-advocacy in an inclusive classroom environment This position offers highly competitive hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $55, paid weekly.
