Qualifications:
Valid and current Special Education teaching credentials (state-appropriate) Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field required Previous experience in a school-based Special Education role preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability to new settings and diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students Provide differentiated instruction in accordance with student abilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff Monitor student progress and document outcomes Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
