Earn $75,000-$90,000 annually while making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for elementary students Support students with autism and other learning disabilities Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate student records and documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential-Mild/Moderate (Required) Experience developing and implementing IEPs Experience working with students with autism or other disabilities preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills
