Responsibilities Develop and implement customized dance curricula that accommodate students' individual needs and abilities Lead engaging dance classes that promote movement, coordination, and self-expression in students with diverse learning requirements Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, Incorporate elements of choreography, musical rhythm, and Utilize teaching techniques suitable for visual & performing arts education, including lesson planning and activity modification Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages participation, creativity, and confidence-building among students Skills Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning within the arts or dance disciplines Experience working with children with special needs or in youth programs teaching diverse learners Proficiency in choreography, dance instruction, and performing arts techniques Knowledge of classroom management strategies tailored for inclusive settings Ability to work with students on musical instruments or incorporate musical elements into dance activities Familiarity with childhood development principles and behavior management techniques This role offers an exciting chance to contribute meaningfully to students' growth through dynamic dance instruction.
