  • + Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) + Provide specialized instruction and academic support for students with mild to moderate disabilities + Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families + Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation + Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions + Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field + Valid California Education Specialist Credential (Mild/Moderate Support Needs preferred) + Previous school-based experience is preferred + Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills + Passion for helping students reach their full potential •Why Consider This Opportunity?

    • + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred + Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract/district regulations + Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred + State Teacher Certification;
