Key Qualifications:

Valid and active California mild/moderate (M/M) Special Education Teaching credential (required) Experience with elementary-level special education caseloads In-depth knowledge of IEP processes, lesson adaptation, and progress monitoring Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Ability to cultivate a positive and engaging classroom environment

Role Responsibilities:

Provide instruction and support tailored to students with mild/moderate disabilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, related service staff, and families to support student success Document and assess student progress, modifying strategies as needed Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education requirements
