Full-time opportunities are available to collaborate within an inclusive educational environment located near San Francisco, CA. These roles focus on guiding and empowering students with moderate to severe needs, making a tangible difference in their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education Teaching credential (mild/moderate or moderate/severe emphasis preferred) Prior experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Familiarity with evidence-based instructional methods for students with significant needs Strong collaboration skills for partnering with related service providers, administrators, and families Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Core Responsibilities:
Develop, adapt, and deliver engaging curriculum tailored to students' unique strengths and needs Regularly assess student progress, maintaining accurate documentation and IEP compliance Employ a variety of instructional strategies and assistive technologies Coordinate with therapists, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams Foster social, emotional, and academic growth while building positive relationships Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and goals Enjoy a vibrant teaching environment where your expertise makes a daily impact.
