Key Qualifications:
Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential Bachelors degree in Education or a related field Strong communication and classroom management skills Commitment to supporting students growth and potentialRole Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) designed to address each students unique strengths and challenges Provide targeted instruction and support in academic areas, adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records for compliance and ongoing improvement Partner with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support Foster a welcoming, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere that nurtures student confidence and participationOffered Benefits and Perks:
