The ideal candidate will support students' academic, social, and emotional growth while creating a warm and engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities include:
Provide individualized and small-group support to students with different learning needs. Work with teachers to identify student strengths, challenges, and appropriate learning strategies. Create and implement support plans to help students succeed academically. Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administration about student progress. Teach kindergarten students during the 2nd semester, following the school curriculum. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, math, social studies, and classroom routines. Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment. Support students' social-emotional development and classroom readiness. Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
