Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Valid teaching credential in General Education or relevant field Experience or interest in Pre-K or early childhood settings Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred, comfort with instruction mostly in Spanish Background working with children requiring behavior intervention or support plans Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Strong collaboration and communication skills, both with students and team members

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct guidance and supervision to a Pre-K student from school arrival to dismissal (8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), with the possibility of expanded support to assist with transition at drop-off Implement individualized behavioral interventions and positive reinforcement strategies Facilitate communication between the student, family, and other classroom staff Foster inclusion and participation in a 90% Spanish language classroom environment Contribute insights to team planning and ongoing support efforts Enjoy the rewards of building meaningful relationships and contributing to a nurturing bilingual classroom.
