Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid teaching credential in Special Education Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Experience in or strong interest in dual language/dual immersion programs Understanding of IEPs, differentiation, and culturally responsive teaching Flexibility, collaboration, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and provide specialized instruction tailored to student needs, primarily within a dual immersion framework Lead engaging lessons in Spanish for half of the day, supporting language acquisition alongside core subjects Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to create effective learning plans Adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate all learners Attend and participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and related documentation Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally rich classroom environment This role is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week contract position offering highly competitive compensation with weekly pay.
