Three roles are available:

DHH Facilitator (32 hours/week): Work itinerantly across multiple sites, supporting students receiving virtual Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) services. PreK Special Education Classroom Support (2 positions, 37.5 hours/week each): Provide essential assistance in PreK classrooms, including diapering and personal care.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in a paraprofessional or educational support role required Passion for helping students with diverse needs Comfort with personal care and classroom management (for PreK roles) Familiarity or willingness to learn about DHH services (for facilitator role) Excellent communication, reliability, and flexibility to travel between sites as needed Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Primary Responsibilities:

Support student learning and emotional development under teacher/specialist guidance Assist in virtual sessions and provide on-site facilitation for DHH students Deliver hands-on classroom help, including personal care for PreK students Communicate clearly with faculty, support staff, and families Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Seize the chance to gain valuable school experience, positively affect students days, and collaborate with passionate educators.
