Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher credentials or certification required Demonstrated knowledge of IEP processes and documentation Experience adapting curriculum and instruction to meet individual student needs Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group instruction to K-12 students with varying learning needs Develop and implement IEPs in close partnership with support staff and families Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to promote student growth and engagement Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress effectively Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment Participate in school meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary teams as needed This position begins on October 6, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027, offering a structured Monday through Friday schedule, with weekly hours ranging from 32.5 to 35. The role provides a competitive compensation package between $45 and $50 per hour, with weekly pay.
