Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Special Education Teacher in a supportive school-based setting near Marysville, CA. This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to guide and inspire students with a diverse range of abilities while working alongside passionate professionals focused on student growth and achievement. You will deliver individualized instruction, adapt curriculum, and foster inclusive classroom environments that empower each student to reach their potential. Collaborating closely with families, therapists, and fellow educators, youll play a key part in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching credential (California certification preferred) Previous experience in a school-based special education setting strongly desired Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instruction and materials to meet individual needs Strong organizational and classroom management abilities Passion for advocacy and positive student outcomes
