Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing cash transactions with basic math skills Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Assist in food handling and food preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high service standards Experience Previous barista experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for coffee culture is a plus Familiarity with beverage service, drink preparation, and café operations highly desirable Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on creating memorable guest experiences through excellent beverage crafting and friendly service.
