Current openings are available for two Special Education teaching roles for the 2026-2027 school year: Special Education Generalist/Resource Teacher (Mild-Moderate, K-8, 30-40 students) Inclusive Learning Community (ILC) Center-Based Classroom Teacher (Moderate-Severe, K-3, 10 students, developmental delay focus) Both positions are full-time (37.5 hours/week), on site, beginning July 29th, 2026 and concluding May 28th, 2027.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education License (check status here: ) Open to both career starters and experienced educators Strong commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices CPI training is a plus; district will provide training if not already certified

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored instructional plans for students with varying needs (Mild-Moderate or Moderate-Severe) Manage a dedicated caseload, supporting IEP development and delivery Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
