Assesses students and helps to develop individualized education plans that specify the services and accommodations needed for each student. Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. For students with severe disabilities, may focus on developing skills for independent living. Works as part of a team that includes therapists, school counselors or social workers.

- May 21, 2027 Full time Must be a flexible and collaborative team player Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience Must hold or currently be in the process of obtaining a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license Previous Special Education/Resource classroom experience preferred Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills Pay $50
- 55 per hour $1,875
- 2,062 per week Responsibilities Provide Special Education instruction and support to middle school students Develop and implement individualized educational strategies based on student needs Support and implement student IEP goals and accommodations Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment When You Work with
