Qualifications:
Valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License with Special Education Generalist (Ages 5-21) endorsement required Experience supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities and autism strongly preferred Skilled with behavioral assessments and strategies (e.g., FBA, ABA) a plus Must complete required district credentialing forms prior to start date
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction to middle school students with affective needs Develop and implement IEPs tailored to diverse student abilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Employ positive behavior intervention strategies in classroom settings Fully commit to 37.5 hours per week, on-site
