Your experience will include:
A weekly schedule of 40 hours (
Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri:
8:40-3:50;
Wed:
9:40-3:50) for a balanced work-life rhythm. Managing a small caseload of 5 middle school students with significant support needs. Working collaboratively within a supportive school community invested in student success.
Qualifications:
Valid and current Special Education Teacher license (required—please present documentation with your application). Experience working with middle school students and Significant Support Needs populations strongly preferred. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for making a difference in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and support for 6th-8th graders. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs. Collaborate with staff and families to foster student growth. Maintain clear, organized records and ensure compliance with educational standards.
