Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 AM•4:00

Englewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation Pay Range :
$23.00•$28.00 depending on experience. At Englewood Post Acute, we believe in helping our residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose. As a Restorative Care Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting residents in maintaining and improving their physical abilities and overall quality of life. If you are a compassionate CNA who enjoys one-on-one interaction, goal-focused care, and being part of a supportive team, this is the role for you. What you'll do: Work closely with therapy and nursing teams to carry out individualized restorative programs Range of motion exercises Ambulation and mobility programs ADL retraining (bathing, dressing, grooming) Encourage resident independence while maintaining safety Document progress and report changes to nursing staff Build positive, consistent relationships with residents and families What you need to be successful: Active CNA certification in the state of Colorado Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for helping others regain and maintain independence Reliability and consistency.
