Certification Must hold a license issued by any agency. The license position area must be in Special Education (General). The license must be in one of the following grades: 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th. The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program. Description is located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, located in the old mining town of Fairplay, CO at an elevation of 10,000 feet. Elk, deer, antelope, moose are abundant, hiking, camping fishing, and skiing are only a few of the activities in our area. Breckenridge Ski area is 23 miles from Fairplay. Our campus is home to Edith Teter Elementary Preschool, Edith Teter Elementary, South Park Middle and High School. Home of the Burros! Students attend our school from the surrounding towns of Alma, Como, Jefferson, Hartsel, Guffey, Lake George, and of course Fairplay. Our students and staff enjoy a 4 day school week, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 - 4:30. is seeking a Special Education Teacher for our Middle School Students •
