Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction and support to students on your caseload, ensuring accommodations and modifications align with each IEP Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom Maintain accurate student records, monitor progress, and update documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide ongoing encouragement, structure, and behavior management Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
