This contracted, onsite role spans the academic year from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027, with full-time hours supporting students' learning and development in a nurturing environment. Your expertise will play a key role in guiding students with unique needs, managing caseload responsibilities, and coordinating individualized educational plans for optimal success. Qualifications and Desired Experience Hold a valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (CO SPED Certificate required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager strongly preferred Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to fostering student growth Primary Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Serve as case manager, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements Provide direct instruction and intervention to students in accordance with IEP goals Assess and track student progress, adapting instructional methods to meet individual needs Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to ensure holistic support for each student Attend meetings and professional development sessions relevant to special education Why Apply?
