Desired Qualifications:
Hold a valid Special Education teaching license (or eligibility to obtain one) Experience supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices Strong skills in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Ability to build rapport and facilitate positive relationships with students, families, and team members Adaptability, creativity, and patience in differentiating instructionKey Responsibilities:
