Qualifications & Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience supporting primary-aged students Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs Excellent communication skills for effective parent and staff collaboration Strong organizational and documentation abilities Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture
