This opportunity involves both assessment and teaching across multiple sites, with a primary focus on conducting child find evaluations for early learners. As part of a flexible team, youll provide specialized services at elementary schools, collaborate on district-level evaluations, and ensure bilingual children receive the support they need to thrive in school environments. The role offers a unique chance for those credentialed either as an Early Childhood SPED teacher or a bilingual school psychologist.

What Youll Bring:

Valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License with Early Childhood SPED endorsement Fluency in English and another language Experience working in early childhood or special education settings Familiarity with or willingness to participate in child find evaluation processes Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to travel between multiple campuses in the district

What Youll Do:

Complete comprehensive bilingual evaluations for children at district and assigned school locations Support a caseload spanning at least two elementary sites, with possible involvement in district-wide assessments Partner with team members and families to interpret findings and recommend services Document results and contribute to individualized education plans as needed Maintain timely documentation for credentialing and compliance Adapt approaches for diverse learning needs in bilingual environments This contract runs through May 21, 2027, and involves 37.5 hours per week of on-site engagement, serving the needs of early learners and collaborating with dedicated professionals.
