Key Qualifications:

Certified Special Education Teacher (current credential required) Experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a resource or small group instructional setting Skillful in developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with general education teachers Strong communication, organization, and classroom management abilities Ability to quickly build rapport with students, families, and fellow educators

Primary Responsibilities:

Support students with diverse learning needs in a resource room for two primary grades Deliver individual and small group instruction tailored to each students IEP Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and accommodations Track student progress, document interventions, and contribute to IEP meetings Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that values growth and achievement Communicate regularly with families to ensure ongoing partnership and student success This contract position follows regular school hours, 8:35am3:25pm, and starts as soon as possible, continuing through November or December.
