Temporary/Seasonal Position Overview:
Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Long Term Substitute Teacher to join our team. This temporary position requires a dynamic educator who can effectively deliver instructional methodologies, manage classroom behavior, and utilize instructional technology in a 1:1 learning environment. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to new situations and work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement effective instructional methodologies to engage and support all students. Manage classroom behavior using positive and effective strategies. Utilize instructional technology to enhance learning in a 1:1 environment. Adapt quickly to changing classroom dynamics and curriculum requirements. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Apply instructional practices that align with public school standards and expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid teaching certification preferred. Experience in a public school setting is a plus. Strong understanding of instructional technology and its application in the classroom. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new situations quickly.
